Artery problem maybe? My left side of the penis glans is swelling while peeing.

Can anyone help with this problem, maybe they have a clue or been through? Bottom line is, my penis head(gland) on the left side swells while urinating, it looks like it's suddenly getting blood on that side for whatever reason and then gradually swells down in 20-30 seconds after I urinated. Yesterday I noticed while getting an erection that it did the same thing, but then later on both sides swelled normally. I think it's related to an artery maybe? But what could it be? I never had a hematom to be a tear, nor do I have problems with my erections or holding them so the penis do gets blood and acts how it should BUT apparently it also gets some extra on the left side, something I never had till a couple of months ago. Could it be due to excessive sex that I had 3 months ago ( I had a couple of weeks where I had sex 3 or 4 times a day with my gf, for like 3 days and then couple of days later the same ). Could somehow an artery got " damaged "? Wouldn't that mean pain also and difficulty in erection? Things that I don't have. I went to an urologist 2 months ago, he had no idea and he focused more on the prostate and fed me antibiotics which gave me a bad side-effect for a month and a half in my balls, but this swelling thing is still going on. I am planning to go to another urologist this week or the next one but this thing just really kills my mind at the moment and I already got plenty of other stuff on it.

I’m at a loss.

Maybe talk to your urologist about a voiding cystourethrography test. Radiology will fill your bladder with contrast (via a catheter) and then you will urinate the contrast out while being filmed on X-ray. Your doctor will be better able to study your flow of uptime and check for a stricture, diverticulum or other abnormality.

Urine, not uptime
That sounds awfully painful even though I have a high tolerance for pain, my main concern to do that is not to mess up/scratch/irritate my urethra walls somehow with the catheter, giving the fact of how " lucky " I am, I don't need more problems. I have no idea what else to do, tomorrow I am making an appointment to see an urologist again and see where it goes from there. I can't understand what could have caused these type of problems, I'm just baffled...
the urethra can scar, which leads to other issues of course, but I think the incidence is rather low. perhaps your doctor can give more specifics. i had this procedure done... it was not as painful as you may imagine.

I just read your post because you commented on mine. I have been dealing with a similar issue and from my experience, most urologists struggled with a diagnosis for me because it is not a "normal" situation. I have been to 5 separate urologists. I was not jumping doctors, but my situation was beyond their expertise and they kept referring me out. I finally ended up consulting with a reconstructive surgeon at a top urology hospital and have some direction.

If the glans swell while urinating, my guess is that it is unlikely due to blood flow. Blood generally enters during an erection and most men cannot urinate and have an erection at the same time. You may have some tearing or detachment of the spongy tissue in your glans and I would tell the doctors that you are having swelling specific to urinating.

Do you have post-void urine dribble issues? Do you have pain in the region where it swells? Do you have any discoloration (redness)/ inflammation in your glans penis?

I went and done an ultrasound to the penis, they found nothing wrong with it apparently. The deep dorsal arteries look fine, the glans too etc yet I still have this symptom, there are days when I don't get at all and then days where I constantly have it swelling up while urinating, I kills my mind because I never had this issue before and I was healthy as hell in my 29 years. I will go to do a RMN scan to the pelvis because I do have discomfort in my perineal area often between the scrotum and anus, and it feels like some nerves might be compressed or something, occasionally on the sides of the pubes where the spermatic chord is, i feel this sharp discomfort/lightning which can only be the nerve.

I only dribble while I am emptying all of it out, as in after the full jet stops, I squirt a few more times and dribble a bit for 1-2 seconds but I think that was always my case, that seems natural. It's not like you close a tap and abruptly you won't dribble nothing after you finished, you still got a bit left inside the urethra that will dribble out.
I don't have any pain where it swells, no redness, the only inflammation I have is the swelling while urinating and sometimes on erection IF I sit down and push on that place between my scrotum and anus, that's why I think the problem originates from that place and not actually the penis itself. The only coloration I see is that it gets more blue-ish as it swells, hence me saying that it gets blood for some reason.
