BB Pellet size lump in vas deferens?

Recently I woke up with testicle pain, I assumed I just slept weird. However, in checking my testicles I noticed a BB sized pellet in my vas deferens. Is this something I should be concerned about? No family history of testicular cancer, 29 years old and in relatively good shape. My pain subsided after a few hours and don’t have pain now, just anxiety.

Thank you for any help!
