Bleeding after a ureteroscopy

I had a ureteroscopy last week. No stent was placed and there was no rupture. I'm wondering how long I should expect to find blood in my urine. I'm not exhibiting signs of infection, but I'm still seeing fairly significant amounts of blood, often (but not always) bright red.

I wouldn't have expected new bleeding at this point.  Should I be worried?

Thanks.

Hi,

It is possible but unlikely that the procedure still causes the bleeding. It is important that you visit your doctor again and get this examined.

Hope this helped.
