Hi,
Thanks for writing in. Foul smelling urine, burning sensation while passing urine, slow flow of urine all are the signs of urinary tract infection.
I would suggest that you get a urine analysis with culture and STD panel to determine which organism could be causing this and treatment accordingly. Treatment would include antibiotics, vitamin C, anti-inflammatory drugs. If you have been having this since a long time, then you must be suffering from recurrent urinary tract infections. Usually, uncircumcised men are more vulnerable to STD’s and infections. Slowing of the stream of urine could be due to strictures in the urethra due to untreated infections or due to prostatic enlargement.
Consult a urologist for detailed examination and treatment.
Do write to me if any queries or for any suggestions.
Take care.
