I have this same problem! I'm an EMT and have a little background in medicine, but this is exactly what I get bro. I thought it might be connected to some kind of deficiency but I've had bloodwork done and all is good, even started a multi just in case. I think it also could be hormone related, because it would come and go sometimes for weeks, but all that bloodwork good too. Please let me know if you found out anything about this, I know its a long shot, but even 7 years of Google uploads hasnt yielded much info :/
Hello,
Prostatic cancer is dependent on many causes like genetic, diet, medication exposure and viral infections. The only test that can fully confirm the diagnosis of prostate cancer is a biopsy, the removal of small pieces of the prostate for microscopic examination. However, prior to a biopsy, PSA levels, cystoscopy and transrectal ultrasound may need to be done.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
Hi Doctor,
Thanks for the reply. So basically, you suspect that it's something to do with prostate? I am not sure if i've done all these before.
The pain doesnt really go away completely, it only gets much better when i dont ejaculate. Other things is that, I produce a lot of pre-***(sorry cant think of the correct term), it doesnt seem to bother me though. Only the Ejaculation part of it.
One more question, will it lead to some sort of prostate cancer later on in my life? Apparently I have chalk like secretion along with the urine every now and then. I am pretty sure that it's not STD, coz i got my urine checked before while i was having this problem
Thanks
Hello,
For such kind of pain after ejaculation, prostatitis needs to be ruled out. The typical symptoms of prostatitis are fever, pelvic, testicle, or rectal pain, frequent and painful urination and ejaculation and incomplete emptying of bladder.
A culture of the expressed prostatic secretions (EPS) can help in ruling out or confirming the diagnosis. A test named as Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) test can also help as PSA is raised in Prostatis. A Urologist can diagnose the condition by digital examination.
I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
