Brown Spots on Penis

I'm 15 and circumcised and about 1 year ago I noticed brown spots on the skin of my penis. I've been masturbating for about 2 years now and usually do it 5 times a week or more. There are 3 three small brown spots on the underside left middle of my penis on the shaft where the skin is more wrinkly. There is also a 3/4 inch long thickish line on the bottom right middle of my penis. The line is not raised but the spots are a little more wrinkly than the rest of the skin. These spots are on the skin only.
I also have a red thick line going down the underside of my penis on the skin but I assumed the was just from over doing it maybe.
I would love to go to the doctor but I'd need my parents to go with me and that might be an awkward conversation and might raise some questions as to how I go these marks. If anyone can help me I thank you.

I think I have the same thing. I have no idea what it is and I'm nervous to tell my parents. Have you found out anything it might be?

I have the same kind of brown spots on my penis head...sort of looks like freckles or some type of bruise sort of like birthmarks but not raised.
I have been to the dermatologist to have the spots frozen. The dermatologist sprays some type of product which freezes that area. The top layer of that skin will fall out within a week removing the brown spots. Of course it feels like a cooling/ burning sensation when being sprayed. It made me feel better after I had this procedure done.
I haven't been back to keep removing the others but I will. At least the color is more balance now.
You should go check it out and try a small portion at a time.

Though, truthfully, the best description would be the they look like light or dark brown bruises.

Dr Singh they are pretty much your exact decription but they are about 1/4 inch, light or dark(depending on erect or not) brown.

Yeah, they are kind of like big freckles that are pretty much the same wrinkly texture as the skin.

From your description, the brown spots sound a lot like freckles - which are quite normal. Are they raised or do they have a different texture than the rest of the skin?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms they can be Fordyce spots. They are small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

No, they look more like lightish brown bruises that have been there for a while, the they are wrinkly like the skin, since the are on the skin. I've read the masturbating can leave some permanent skin color change from over use. is that true?

I don't think they are moles, I'm covered in 'em and they don't look like it. And no we don't get doctor visits.

Hi, I think that the line underneath your penis is the raph. Every male has this, it sort of reminds you of a scar. The red line I'm not sure about. The small brown spots are most likely simmilar to moles.

Where are you located? Is it possible to find medical consultation at school. I grew up in the Netherlands and we were seen by a school doctor twice a year. This would give you the oportunity to ask questions.

As for getting your parents permission to see a doctor, you could tell them what you are concerned about and ask that you may have this time with the doctor alone.

You do not have to mention that you masturbate frequently, most males do. You could tell them that you noticed this while taking a bath or shower. It all depends on how your relationship with your parents is. There is little to be embarrised about, your dad might have had simmilar questions at that age.
I remember that when I was growing up there were two things that I was not sure about. I thought that this line called the raph was scar tissue and I wondered what happened. I had also had some burns in that area early in life and thought that it was due to that. The other was being uncircumcised, I pulled the skin back one time, but this time there was more of the glans exposed than previously. There was some bleeding an pain involved and I thought that I had done damage. For about 6 weeks I did not dare to pull my foreskin back.
Now that I have a son myself who is 18 now, I have had some questions from him when he was younger. I had allways hoped that he was not ashamed to ask me. Talk to your parents, they should understand

All the best.
