Bumps on penis, photos attached. Help.
Hello,
I have these bump on my penis which are worrying me. I have them for a while now (couple of months or so I guess). I have a relationship with a single girl for over a year, and had sex with her after having these bumps and she seems to be fine.
They don't hurt, they don't itch, they're just there.
What may they be ? How do I get rid of them? Can they be sexually transmitable?

The warts are an HPV infection which has been recently show to cause cervical cancer. It's very painful if you transmit warts or herpes them to your female partner as our skin is more delicate. Also, some STDs have latent transmission, so even though you've been dating for a year, it's possible the virus may have been caught before, taking months to come out again, usually when someones system is immune comprimised (like really being sick for a while).

There are two possibilities based on your pictures, either genital warts or Herpes 1 or 2. Warts are generally drier than herpes which may be blister like. I would definitely go see a doctor before it spreads. As well, contact any sexual partners to look out for similar bumps, and refrain from having sex until you know this stuff passes along easy. Personally, it looks like herpes as I've been there before. It's a virus so it's possible to catch even if the other has no symptoms, although much easier with active bumps. If it is, there are two types of Herpes, Herpes 1 (face, genital) which will often be on only occurrence and Herpes 2 (only genital) which does have re-occurrence that you'll need to understand with your future partners. Please please get thyself to a doctor as soon as possible!!! There are horrific pictures in google maps of advanced genital warts and herpes that look damned uncomfortable.
Hopefully it's not something serious, but in general, anytime you have a bump, even one!, on your genitals, it needs to get checked out with the exception of sebaceaous glands which can give the scrotum/penis small white bumps, completely harmless. Hard bumps in the scrotum are particular urgent as it may be testicular cancer
