Burning

I have burning when I urinate and discomfort in between my legs and just discovered last night that while having intercourse with my wife as I released the burning was so intense it worried me.  I have had this feeling before but not as intense.

I meant can't afford healthcare, not can.

That ruins my joke. Oh well, it wasn't that funny to begin with. The opposite of me. It wasn't funny when I was born that I had a little...well...nevermind.

Did you use a lube with spermacide? That irritates my parts like crazy. It's called nonoxynol-9.

Very possible that it's a UTI. You'd need antibiotics. Or, if you can afford the luxury of healthcare, you can try goldenseal root (usually available in capsules or tea) and cranberry juice. Not the cheap sugary juice, the organic good kind. Cranberry juice works by helping to keep the bacteria from being able to attach to the wall of the bladder. It doesn't kill any bacteria, it helps flush them away.

If you start getting pain on one or both sides of your mid to lower back go to the ER right away. It would indicate a kidney infection and you don't want that.

Also, keep the area clean with a mild soap like phisoderm or baby soap. And don't use any types of cosmetic cream, oil, lube, "men's enhancement cream" etc...

Be nice to it an it'll return the favor   ;)
