Can Corpus Spongiosum

Hello - It feels like my Corpus spongiosum has been injured.  It has been about three months since the original injury and I have gone through a number of misdiagnosis from so called doctors.  Anyway, the pain is in underside of the penis and the erections aren't as hard and don't last as long.  Pain is usually worse after ejaculation. Secondly, the shafts looks a lot thinner then before and the penis sort of just hangs loosely. Also, it looks like glans  changes shape, sometimes it's bulb like, sometimes its narrow and long, it's really weird.  I have had a cysto done, a prostate study done and scrotal ultrasound done and nothing has been found.  No doctor has cared to actually look into the penis itself.  Can anyone let me know if they have experienced something like this? Will it heal on it's own, if yes, what's the time frame? I am abstaining from all sexual activity including masturbation for as long as it takes. Is there a diagnostic test I can do?  Pelvic MRI, doppler ultrasound???.... any help would be great as I have gotten no where with doctors.
