Hi Vanessa, i have noticed a burning sensation sometimes when urinating and sometimes i feel like im busting but only do a small ammount.
I had an ultrasound and ct scan done about 12 months ago but they came back as normal.
My Testosterone level is 8.8 the laboratory said it should be between 10 and 28.

Hi

Prostatitis may present as acute or chronic forms and this may be classified with the help of a prostate secretion culture and a scrotal ultrasound. The culture will help ascertain if bacterial infection is present. Also, semen analysis may be done to see if fertility is affected. You have mentioned that your testosterone level is low. The cause of this has to be determined. Several factors such as testicular disease and problems with the pituitary or hypothalamic function (glands which commands hormonal secretion) need to be excluded here. A pelvic or abdominal CT scan will be able to help rule out involvement of nearby structures such as the kidneys and the intestines.

Any other associated problems eg changes in urination and bowel movement?

Hi

Prostatitis may present with similar symptoms. It may present with groin pain, pain during ejaculation or sexual activity and when the infection is severe  ,it may cause fever and nausea. Prostatitis may at times involve nearby structures like the testicles. You may need a prostatic secretion culture for this. Also, you may need a scrotal ultrasound for this just to ascertain that the testicles are not affected.

Have you had a urinalysis and evaluation of the prostate secretion done?
