Chest pain

Hi MedHelp, I am 21 years old. I have been having chest pains on the right side of my chest every morning when i wake up for at least 1 to 2 hours since 3 months ago. i also have the pains when i move to either side of my body when im in a sleeping position so i have to remain sleeping on my back facing the bed. I used to smoke for 1.5 years and stopped 3 months ago ever since i started having the pains. I also had a past disease which was leukaemia when i was 3 years old but has been fully recovered after 1 year of treatment back then and now i have a surgical scar on my right chest ever since. I have went to a general practitioner and had tested for blood, CT chest and chest x-ray scans yet nothing was out of the ordinary. the pains is about 4 to 6 in scale of 1-10 but it has been quite bad starting today. Can anyone please help me out? any opinion stated would be appreciated greatly. Thank you!
