Chronic UTI caused by streptococcus viridans?

I have had a chronic UTI for a few years now; the bouts were getting more and more frequent, and finally, there was no trigger needed, and I started having pain at the end of each urination, without exceptions. I have tried about 10 different antibiotics, including 3 main groups that are normally applied for UTI, and I took them on suppressive bases for almost 2 months non-stop. No result. I have no STDs. My urologist sent me for a urine test, and it showed streptococcus viridan grp (alpha-hemolytic) culture present in my urine.
He has no idea what to recommend, so all suggestions would be welcome.
Thanks everyone.

Strepviridan  will respond most Likly the best if you use antibiotic type Crphalexin ( keflex)  uti showing with this bacteria are often have no symptomes except burning at the end of urination . Lower abd cramp small pain , leucocy tes moderate amount then small amount like this bacteria have a colonies who goes up and down  the blood in the urine is also inconsistent  ont day positif the other one negating   This bacterial infection in your urine will not often make your urine cloudy  or smelly , but you will have a persistence of pain at the end of urination

I just recently got diagnosed with a UTI that has three bacteria cultured, Strep-Beta,Enterric strep and staph.  I was shocked, but put on antibiotics 800 mg three pills a day for 7 days.

I do feel better but wonder if it will  be completedly removed.  I am going to have another culture run to make sure.  Not sure what viridans are?  I hope you find out some information, try another doctor maybe.

Good luck.
