Clear discharge from penis, yellow when it dries up.

For the past couple weeks i have been noticing a clear discharge from my penis from time to time. Once it dries on the underwear it looks like a yellow stain, just like pre-***. The stain feels kinda hard when it dries like pre cuming on your underwear. Can you please help me in telling me what this can be?

I was tested and my urine was tested for infections and they all came back negative. weeks later i started to develop this clear discharge, can you please tell me why this is going on>

thank you for your time.

Infection would be the condition to rule out.  A urinalysis would be a start, but I would also collect samples (either more urine, or a urethral swab) for STDs like gonorrhea and chlamydia.

If the tests for infection remain negative, it may be pre-ejaculate.  A prostate evaluate, with a digital rectal exam, should be considered as well.  A referral to a urologist can be considered for further evaluation.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
