Could this be anything but bladder cancer?

About a month ago, I noticed a few drops of pinkish blood at the very end of my urine stream. Pretty sure it was blood. I went to the ER the next morning (a Saturday). The urinalysis found no blood and no signs of infection. Kidney ultrasound was normal. Also, for a few months before this, I was urinating very frequently -- not high volumes and not with great urgency, but I always felt like I had to pee (particularly while walking around or running, weirdly enough).

Anyway, they referred me to a urologist, who did his own urinalysis (again, no blood, no infection) and who speculated that it was prostate-related (I'm a 30 yo male). He gave me antibiotics for two weeks. When I went back (yesterday), the prostate was normal size -- so it's not prostate-related.....but I'm still peeing all the time, its still a weak stream, there's still dribbling at the end of it, and I'm still peeing small amounts. Its not that I don't feel I empty my bladder why I pee...it's just that it comes back very fast. Like I said -- I really feel like I have to go when I'm running or walking (and when I do go, not that much comes out). When I stop or sit down, it isn't as bad.

I'm scheduled for a CT-scan of the bladder and abdomen tomorrow. I asked him if he suspected bladder cancer and he dismissed it -- probably because of my age. But what else could it be? It's not prostate-related. It's not a UTI or infection. It's not Interstitial cystitis (I have no pain). And it doesn't sound at all like Overactive Bladder, since intontinence and urgency aren't issues. I just urinate frequently, relatively small amounts, with a weak stream and dribbling. It seems obvious to me that there's a growth/obstruction in my bladder causing all of this -- which would explain why running/walking makes me feel I have to pee.

Just wndering if anyone has any thoughts...

it could still be a UTI because iv got a kidney infection but they tested my urine and it didnt show anything, it was only when they tested it again that it did. u could buy some dip sticks to test yourself. but also if it was bladder cancer u woulod expect leukocytes in the urine wouldnt u, and i take it there was none? it could be the muscle around the bladder not working properly or sumthing like that.

They did an ultrasound of my bladder at the ER. It was normal. I don't think it's an enlarged prostate because the urologist has given me a DRE twice -- the first one was slightly swollen, but the second (after 2 weeks of antibiotics) was normal-size. But I'm still having symptoms. So the size of the prostate doesn't seem to be the issue for me.

Did you have an ultra sound of your prostate.  I had to drink a jug of water and not pee for one hour then they did an U sound to determine the volume of liquid in the bladder. I then peed and another U sound was done.  They can determine if you are empying your bladder completely and how much is fluid is remaining.  If the remaining pee in the bladder is above 250 ml then you need to push the enlarged prostate angle with other doctors.  Age has nothing to do with it believe it or not.
Good luck
