I am 24 year old. i have 2 issues which i am reluctant to discuss personaly with a doctor, basicaly due to conservative nature of my society.
But I will if you could suggest
a. what my problem is
b. is it curable
c. which specialist to meet. (a urologist or a gyneacologist)
My Foreskin doesn't retreat when penis grows. only the tip of the penis will be visible.
i push the foreskin below head of penis when in normal state, its ok. But at this time if my penis grows, it will be very painful.
When grown, My penis bends down after about 1-1.5 inch from base. Bends almost facing down.
Also the left half of my penis at this point is weak and much smaller than the right (only when aroused). Due to this there is a bend towards left as well.
I also feel my left testicle is smaller than the right.
To deal with issue 1, you should be examined by a urologist. Sometimes a surgical procedure can be done to the foreskin if it is impeding erections or causing pain.
Issue 2 can be caused by Peyronie's disease. Imaging the penis and scrotum can be done to evaluate this possibility. An ultrasound would be an appropriate initial test. Treatment for Peyronie's disease can be done with injections of calcium channel blockers or steroids. Surgery would be considered a more invasive, and last, resort.
These options can be discussed with your urologist.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
