Decreased Urine Output with White bumps under penis

This is killing me. I went to the doctor and check with symptoms. But the report does not find anything. Recently I'm facing a decreased urine output and little bumps underneath my penis. Here is a image - https://ibb.co/Y2SDfG6. Does anyone has any idea.

Agree w/ auntiejessi’s answer. I do have one add’l Q - when you say’decreased urine output’, do you just mean your urine stream is weaker & you feel like your bladder’s not emptying completely? Or do you mean you’re actually urinating less total volume for the day? If it’s a weaker stream & not emptying completely, that coujd be a prostate issue. If your total urine output is less, that sounds like it could be a kidney issue. But see your Dr & if you don’t get a satisfactory answer, see another Dr, possibly a Urologist.

Good luck & please let us know what’s found...

The little bumps - those could be genital warts, calcium, or a host of other things. A doctor should biopsy them to find out. Did the doctor see them?

When you went to the doctor, did they check your prostate?
