Discharge in the morning during bowel movement and urination.
Good day, I am from the Philippines and sorry for my grammar. I had unprotected sex last February 4, 2017 with 2 different woman. the 1st one is just pure sex and the other 1, she did perform an oral and sex, I just noticed it after 2 weeks after I had sex, that there is a discharge from my penis, after an hour or 15 or more minutes there is a discharge again so I had to put some tissue around my penis to catch the discharge. I went to clinic to be check-up by the doctor last February 18, 2017 afternoon and he gave me two (2) azithromycin to take after dinner and fourteen (14) ciprofloxacin twice a day for 1 week. After I finish my medication, I still notice that there is a colorless discharge (it is colorless like water but it is sticky - like a pre ***).on my penis on every morning and when I failed to urinate immediately when I need to. but no other discharge other than that.
So I went to a urologist last March 7,2017 and performed a test - urinalysis it says on my result:
Pus cells: 0-1 /Hpf
RBC: 0-1 /Hpf
Amorphous: phosphates-few
Squamous epithelial cells: rare
Bacteria: rare
mucus thread: rare
So he gave me doxycycline fourteen (14) twice a day to take. I completed also this medication, My problem right now is that, 1) When there is an urge to urinate early in the morning like 5am but I failed to urinate, so when I woke up in the morning and try to hold my penis and pull it there is a colorless discharge like a precum when I try to catch it it is sticky, but through out the day there is no discharge when I try to pass a urine. 2) After my bowel movement before I pass a urine there is a cloudy/white discharge from my penis and when I try to catch it is somehow less sticky and I think it got mixed up with the urine, but if there's a need to take another bowel movement later on the day there is no discharge. this 2 problem that I encounter right now occurs only early in the morning. I am planning to go back to my urologist to tell my problem right now. Sorry for the long question and take you for taking your time to read this, hoping to notice this and received a response from you.
