Discomfort when pulling back foreskin past the head of the penis while erect.

Hi! I'm 16 years old and I was wondering about the foreskin of my penis. I find discomfort when trying to pull back the foreskin past the head of my penis while erect. I am able to do so, it is just uncomfortable. This is especially annoying while trying to wash under the head of my penis. One time while watching porn, I noticed that other guys' foreskin are able to retract further than mine and with ease. It was the only time a really noticed and it had me wondering if it is OK or not that I am unable to retract my foreskin as far as them without starting to feel some sort of pain or discomfort. After doing research I read that I could have a short frenulum. Phimosis is also a possibility but I don't think that's what I have. I would like some insight on this please, such as if I should worry about this or not and if this could cause discomfort for sex and reduce pleasure. Thanks!

Try stretching your foreskin daily. But don't do it forcefully, because it can cause injury or paraphimosis.

Thanks! That makes a lot of sense. Also that was a very quick reply, I'm very grateful for that.
