Ejaculation without orgasm in men

Recently, my spouse has had ejaculation without orgasm.  He is 50 years old, uses alcohol, has a positive family history for diabetes.  This condition has never occured before and had sudden onset.  Is there a medical cause for this?  Since the onset of this problem, he has not been able to have an orgasm, although he does acheive a full erection, is not ejaculating prematurely, and does ejaculate without orgasm or pleasure.  What causes this and is there a way to treat it?

I’ve had the same problem since a few days ago! I’m only 23 years old. Based on my research, it’s called ejaculatory anorgasmia. How’s your husband? Did the condition go away?
