Engorged vein on shaft of penis
After intensive masturbation (maybe 8 times in one evening), a lateral circumflex vein on the middle of the shaft of my penis became engorged. It is very apparent when both flaccid and erect. It has been about 10 days since onset and it has not subsided. I believe this has happened once before and it eventually went away, but this case seems to be taking longer.
Any advice on how to better treat this or what caused it?
