Enlarged Prostate?

I am a 20 year old male and have a health concern. I masterbate on average about two to four times a day. I am experieneing symptoms similar to an enlarged prostate

-urinateing only part way
-urinateing and defocating at the same time
-always feeling like there's more urine
-able to force out only tiny drops of urine
The only symptom of an enlarged prostate I am not experiencing is having to go frequently at night and urinateing large quantities.

I also am experiencing
-feeling like Im about to ejaculate while just sitting around (could be from excessive or maybe quick masterbation?)
-feeling like I need to ejaculate before reaching an erection.(could be from masterbateing excessively or too quick?)

I also think these symptoms could possibly be caused from me inserting my own finger into my anus. Could have possibly done something?

Do you think these symptoms may go away if I put off masterbateing for awhile?

i have an enlarged prostate ; the last two ,times that i masterbated  i

had no sperm come out ? i have never had this happen to me in my

lifetime !

You have read my post to Larry. There is nothing more I can add. It is possible to have a hernia recur on opposite side and so also hydrocele. However you also need to check whether it is varicocele or spermatocele. A confirmed diagnosis is not possible on net. You will have to consult your urologist.

Oh, I must tell u one thing--I have Hydrocele by birth--In summer my testicles goes heavy--but interestingly after the hernia operation done in right the right testicles shows normal now, not as before watery like appearence.Now I feel hernia is in my left also-- somthing goes from above to below--not severe no pain--such feeling was in my right too before operating hernia.

I have gall bladder stone in multiples--no stones in kidny--i have unilateral kidney[left] conginitally--urine culture report shows no UTI but ultrasound shows prosatatis+ Cystitis.

--So can u help me?Now I 'm taking ofloxacin group of antibiotics since 7 days--earlier there was sensation in my penies to urinate--but it is little less--and thinking it may be UTI I was taking Alkali--but I did not take it since 2 days.

Thanks, I will get it checked. One more symptom I forgot to tell you about is my ejaculatory muscle flexing even when my penis is flaccid (or feeling like its going to flex)

The symptoms could be due to urine getting trapped by a tumor, a hydrocele, a hernia, cancer of testicle, varicoceles or enlarged prostate. It could also be due to weak bladder wall muscle---this gives a sensation of incomplete emptying of bladder. Inertstitial cystitis of bladder or narrowing of urethra could also cause leaking.  Prostatitis is another possibility.
There is no harm in masturbating. However one can cause harm to self if one is too rough and not careful.

It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. You need a comprehensive investigation taking all these points in consideration. Please discuss this with your urologist and get yourself investigated accordingly. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
