Erection problem after epididymorchitis

2 months ago, december 26th i felt as if my erections werent as hard i thought it was nothing because a day ago i was fine. Two days later still had soft erection and started to feel pain in my left testicle, i still ignored it thought it would go away, it didnt so jan5th i went to the doctor he said i had epididymo orchitis and gave me ten days of ciprofloxacin 500 and diclo and scrotal support, i took cipro for 15days thought i should do a 2 week course instead of 10 days. Plus i had an ceftriaxone 1g iv and 500 azithromycin just in case which the doctor didnt prescribe. I felt normal towards the end had normal erections. Jan 20 was my last day of drugs i felt normal. No testicle pain. Jan 22 i had sex, no blood in semen, (wasnt any before either) the next day i had pharyngitis and on 25th i had pain again.
I went to the doctor he said it should have healed he gave me ceftriaxone 1g iv and cephradine 500 iv twice daily for 3 days. This time i took two 500g azithromycin as well.
Right now the pain has gone i dont feel any pain i would say 99% clear. Ultrasound showed healing signs in epididymis its been two months but i have erection problem they arent as hard as before not as quick and when erect its hard to keep the erection for long. Will this be normal again or not? And is the epididymitis gonna happen again if i have sex or ejaculate?
Pain was in my left epididymis, my left testicle was undescended, had orchiopexy when i was 1 or 2 years of age. Its slighy different in consistency than the right testicle which is normL a bit bigger and not sensitive liketheeft which is a lot but ever had pain or any problem before.

Thanks i hope it is because of stress and goes away i never had problem before, i did during the infection i couldnt get an errction and i was told its cause of stress which settled and atm i dont know if its stress or not. But if it is from the epididymitis would it go away and will i have normal erections? My symptoms occured late december and its march does ot need more time to heal?

Erectile dysfunction can develop due to a variety of causes. Psychological stress, performance anxiety, depression, neurogenic disorders peyronie's disease, body image issues, medications, alcohol, smoking, drugs/medications, hormonal imbalance, radiation therapy, kidney failure, metabolic disorders, multiple sclerosis, hypertension, diabetes, prostatitis, urethritis etc. just to name a few.
                      Infections such as epididymitis could lead to erectile dysfunction and the dysfunction may take some time to settle after the actual infection has healed. I would suggest giving it 2-4 week time before seeking medical consultation to evaluate for other possibilities. Also anxiety and stress play an important role in the development of erectile dysfunction and it might be a good idea to be a bit relaxed and working on the psychological factors with your partner and getting rid of factors like smoking/ alcohol/ drugs, if involved. If there does not seem to be any improvement in 2-4 weeks with the suggested changes; I would suggest consulting a primary care physician or a urologist for a detailed evaluation and suggestion of an appropriate management plan.

Btw im 24 yrs old

I went to see a surgeon not a urologist, should i consult a urologist about this? The doctor also said it happend because of a uti.
