Foley Catheter Problems.

I'm a 38 year old male. I was told I have BPH and urinary retention. How do I get to the point were I won't need a foley catheter anymore. I don't have a regular doctor. And the hospitlas here won't change the catheter I have now in place. The catheter has been in place for over a month. My stomach hurts,My kidneys, and my gentials as well. The urine coming out of the catheter bag is foul smelling and has stuff floating in it. What is your advice on this matter?
