My penis smells alot, even right after I take a shower. I am 18 years old. My foreskin is tight. It seems like my foreskin is attached to my glans (wont go past the head). I went to a doctor and he said just pull the foreskin back but it doesnt go past the head. And, could the smell be from the smegma underneath the foreskin past the head or could it be a yeast infection?
