Sting pain

Was exposed to oral sex about 6 weeks ago. Have been dealing with stings on the scrotum and penis shaft. Had a full STD test about 3 weeks ago and everything came back negative, also have a urine test and culture and they came back normal and negative. There is no pain while urinating or ejaculating though and no sore's, bumps, or lesions. What could this be ?
