Hard Flaccid Penis, Tingling and urinary problem

Hi.

I´ve had this strange condition in my penis for over 2 months now. It started after having sex (oral and normal)
Basic symptoms since then have been:

- Penis (tissues inside) abnormally hard while flaccid. Also my urethera, or tissues around it feel hard, like it was a bone. My urethera also feels more sensitive to touch than before. It has never been that way before. Something in the blood flow?

- Strange tingling in my penis that comes and goes, that could be almost pleasureable in other context. I have never experienced that kind of sudden tingling in my penis before. I think that it reflects from my urethera somehow. Something in the nerves?

I took urinary tests for STD´s and UTI and they were negative. I also have been to urologist who didn´t know what caused my problems. He also checked my prostate and it felt normal.

- Now, this week, a new symptom has appeared - When i urinate, i can´t get the final drops out allthough i try. They just stay inside the penis and it feels annoying. At the night i have to go to the bathroom 3 times in a row but still everything just doesn´t come out. I´ve also noticed thatsomehow  i don´t feel urine and need to urinate in my bladder anymore, but in my penis instead

It seems like some structures inside my penis might have been injured somehow during the sex or oral sex?
Isn´t that most likely since the tests came back negative and my prostate seems to be normal and everything?
I think that my urethera / tissue around it could be the root of this problem, at least it feels much like it.

I just would like to know if anyone had more knowledge about urological conditions and if he could speculate about the more accurate cause of this. Of course i understand that no-one here can´t do diagnosis for me, but is there any known conditions that could cause this kind of problems? And is this kind of problem likely to go away?

I just would like to know more about the possibilities and get more information since this is a total mystery for me.

Thanks.

Hi,
What you are referring from seems like balanitis (inflammation of the glans penis). Balanitis can be caused by physical trauma, infections by bacteria, fungus, viruses etc. Diabetes is one of the risk factors for recurrent balanitis. The diagnosis is made by a good history, physical examination & by taking swabs/cultures etc. Please do consult a urologist for the same. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care

It just came to my mind that could all of these symptoms be caused by yeast infection? Because for these 2 months i´ve had some kind of symptoms (redness and mild abnormal smell) under my foreskin also.

Hi Lemten,
Could you, please, give an update weather you could recover from these sinthoms you related a few years ago?
I am kind of feeling almost same things! How did you manage it? Did you have any diagnose?
I would appreciate very much!

If someone else has some suggestion, please share.

Thanks for the answer! I have to take a look at that possibility if these symptoms don´t really seem to go away. It´s helpful to know that tests like that exist and that there´s at least something more i can do about this.

Hi,
The chances of a stricture in the urethra seem minimal but it needs to be ruled out for a confirmation of the diagnosis. For the same, I’ll suggest you to consult a urologist and discuss about urethrogram/micturating cystourethrogram for the confirmation of the diagnosis. It’s a diagnostic test in which a dye is injected and x-rays of the urethra are taken to see if there’s any obstruction in the urinary tract. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
