Having burning pain on my penis area while sitting on the chair and riding bike.

I am 39 years old and not married. I have masturbation habit and doing it regularly past 28 years. Now I felt that my nerves were weak in whole body. Last one and half month I have some burning pain in my whole penis area. The pain was increasing  when I sit on the chair and ride bike. I already two times had treatment for stone problem ten years before for my both side kidneys. Now I don't know why I am having the burning pain on my penis area. I have back pain on my left side hip area also. And also I have pain on my left side abdomen near by the hip area. Can you please explain why I am getting the pain on my penis area while sitting on the chair and while riding bike. And also please explain if there any connection between the left side abdomen pain and penis area pain. Is there any connection with my masturbation habits. Weekly once I have regularly drink beer also. pls help me out from these problems.
