Hives, Bacteria and C Reactive Protein.

I have had hives for about 6 months now, I get a few a day, not too bad. I have had tons of blood work done and the only things abnormal were my C Reactive Protein - it is 21.4, my white blood cells in urine, my iga antibodies were elevated and my leukocytes were high in urine. My ketones were a 5 in urine also. Mind you I am not on a keto diet at all. My kidney function and liver function blood work is all normal and doesn't show anything wrong. I sometimes get pains where my kidneys are but it goes away within minutes. I get to see my doctor on Friday and want to ask for additional testing but not sure what. Any ideas on what this could be or what additional testing I should ask for? Would it come up if I had a bacterial infection? Thanks in advance!!!!
