How long does it take for Chronic epididymitis PAIN to go away

I suffer from this condition for about 9 years.

Throughout my life I’ve been consulting three urologists. I got this condition at age 23 (now I am 32) and the first urologist has diagnosed with acute epididymitis, he prescribed me some antibiotics  for 5 days witch name I don’t remember and also some painkillers (that never helped),  they didn’t help so the pain continued for months. (This situation has caused me anxiety and depression where I have been forced to take antidepressants for almost 1 year in a row). The pain came back after a year, than I’ve consulted the second Urologist he made some test and Enterococus was in my semen, he said that this is nothing and you don’t have chronic epididymitis ore epididymitis at all, he has always told me that the immune system has dropped, there is nothing “it’s all in your head!!!”. Having no other choice I had to live with this thing this situation has emerged from time to time which pain lasted by days, weeks, months but has passed. In the last two months, the pain is severe, and two weeks ago I checked the third Urologist who automatically diagnosed me with Chronic Epididymitis and he made some I tests: Urine, Sperm & the thin thing that they put inside penis , All the tests were fine no bacteria. The third Urology told me that this is chronic pain, you have to accept it (I DON’T WANT TO) he also told me people live with back pain, headache and they are ok with it. And the best advice he gave me was: “don’t think to much”. I told him that I also checked for helicobacter pylori that turn out to be positive. So he thought maybe I should treat helio… and this antibiotic can help also the bacteria in my urinary track!

As u can see this of my urologist don’t have a clue what is going on.

MY SYMPTOMS

WITCH I CAN NOT BEAR
Constant pain in the right testis
Pain at the bottom of the abdomen right side
Pain near belly button right side

WITCH I CAN BEAR

Left testicle pain

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE THIS TIME, WILL IT EVER GO AWAY???
