How to heal Balanitis?

On Aug. 14 my wife and I had sex, it hurt when I ejaculated.  The next day I had red streaks across the glans of my penis and what felt like a UTI.  a week later and I still had this raw chaffed feeling with red streaks and at times the glans was white and lifeless looking. I still had the UTI feeling as well.  I started using Lotrimin daily and It was not helping.  On the first of September I felt like I had to pee real bad went to the bathroom and nothing came out.  Then came the severe pain in my left flank so my daughter took me to the ER. I had a 7mm kidney stone stuck in the ureter 1" from the bladder.  Next day I saw a urologist and they scheduled me for surgery, gave me some meds and a two tubes of nystatin for the balanitis (penis issues).  The stone is gone, the uti feeling is gone, the balanitis is still there and I have run out of nystatin.  I am 48 years old and I have never had any problems like this in my life and I am circumcised. I have stopped drinking soda and have cut most of the sugar from my diet. I have also started taking acidophilis. Is there anything else I can do to heal my penis so I can get back to life?  Thanks for any help.
