I [M25]seem to have lost ejaculation power overnight

I masturbate once or twice a day. Before last week, my ejaculation always had proper pressure and power and would come out properly. However since last week, I don't seem to be having proper pressure or powe. Just for an experiment, I masturbated today and only a drop of semen came out on orgasm. Is it enlarged prostate? I do need to go the bathroom thrice before bed as once doesn't seem to be enough  Please help me I am very worried

I experienced the exact same thing, regular activity  strong erection and ejaculate. Then suddenly weak on both. Not gradual, not slow loss of interest, like a switch....People are gonna fire bomb this - but it was 2 wks after my JnJ covid shot.

That makes me think. I had J and J. I am64 years old so it could be age. I have never thought about it but it seems to have happened at the same time.

Well, I’m gonna say this DOES sound like a prostate issue. It’s not BPH, the enlargement that comes with age, but could be Prostatitis, which can affect even younger guys. There are 2 types - one is bacterial, the other is non-bacterial & doesn’t respond to antibiotics. I would suggest having your prostate checked - Prostatitis does cause some swelling & it can affect both urination & ejaculation. See your reg Dr  1st, if he/she isn’t able to help, ask for a referral to a Urologist. If you’re embarrassed to talk about masturbation habits, just say ‘sexual activity’, but definitely get checked out. Best to you & let us know how you’re doing…

Your age would be helpful.  Sometimes taking a break from masturbation can help reset things. Otherwise, questions like if you take any new medications, if you are stressed, if you are sleeping alright, do you get morning erections all come into play.

I don't take any medications. I do get morning erections and sleep 8 hrs a day. I have been abstaining from masturbation and did it one today as an experiment . Ejaculation was pretty lame. It's as if I had no strength to push the semen out when it used to come out on its own just a week back.
Give it a bit more time abstaining.  If you feel like your orgasm isn't strong enough after that, then talk to your doctor.  It's not uncommon for ejaculation to get weaker as we get older but you're young. This article may help you. https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/326355  If you drink alcohol a lot, have a history of depression and anxiety, these can affect ejaculation and make it seem weaker.  Also, if you have any nerve damage from say an injury (too rough during masturbation?).  If you have a prostate condition, that could impact it. You are young though, so less likely.  The article I liked that you can copy and paste has pelvic floor muscle ideas that can improve things if you care to give that a try.  If anxiety, stress or depression are involved (often impacts us sexually), then psychotherapy could be of benefit.

I'm guessing you're pretty young if you masturbate that often, am I right about that?  Because while one can never rule something out, it's unlikely to be your prostate if you're not past your mid-forties.  I'm guessing you're getting bored with yourself.  Try finding another hobby, or maybe even a live other person to have sex with, if you're old enough to do that.  See if that doesn't fix the problem.

I am 25. I don't think it's a masturbation problem. I have been doing this all my life without a hith and everything was normal just a week ago!
