What do you mean by fordyce cysts alcoholic?  Is alcoholic a typo or are you an alcoholic?  Just clarifying.  Also, is cyst a typo as well? Generally people have fordyce spots.  That's going to be different than a cyst.  Again, if you could clarify, that would help.

I think the first thing anyone who suspects they have fordyce spots is to have that diagnosed. Then you can go from there to try to get rid of them.  They are basically harmless and men and women can both get them.  It's caused by sebrum production. Sebum is an oily, waxy substance produced by your body's sebaceous glands and it coats and protects the skin.  Since they are harmless, getting rid of them is pulley for cosmetic reasons. But cosmetic concerns are valid so I get it.

I think I'd try the natural route first.  I've heard coconut oil rubbed on can work.  Easy enough to try. wipe on, leave for a bit and then clean off.  Mix it with a few drops of lavender too for added benefit.  You could also try dabbing apple cider vinegar on it.  Here's an article on ways to get rid of them.  https://www.medicinenet.com/how_do_you_get_rid_of_fordyce_spots/article.htm

If that doesn't work, you can go to your doctor to have a topical recommended to you that you buy in the drug store or they can even do laser treatments on them if they really bug you.  https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/256918#treatment
