I'm assuming you mean covid 19?

Orange specks can mean blood in your semen, which can indicate a lot of different things, but all things you should get checked out - https://www.healthline.com/health/mens-health/semen-color-chart#pink--red--brown--or-orange

It's probably not related to covid, unless you were on certain medications. Even if that's the case, you still want to get it checked out.

Don't wait on this. Some of the things it could indicate are serious, like high blood pressure.

Hope you're feeling better from the covid, and let us know what you find out.
