Imflammed Urethra but no bacteria

I had a UTI months back I was given erythromycin streate, i completed my 1 week dose, got better for a while as my chills were gone. A week later my treatment my urethra starting burning me like it was imflammed. I redid a culture. test result came back with traces of leukocyte, few epithelial cells, pus cells 0 - 2 she said i was okay but am not really, guys please any suggestions? ,

Longer course of antibiotics needed probably 10 days minimum. There is a reason antibiotic resistance is emerging and it is due to doctors telling people they are fine after a short rx of ABX which wasn't long enough to kill it and thus spreading it with newly acquired resistance.
