Inflamed spider veins under foreskin?

I got a yeast infection a while ago.  After using creams and taking fluconazole, I finally was able to get it fixed.  Now, there is a minor complication I can't seem to diagnose.  It seems like rash outlining the purple veins underneath my foreskin.  I have been applying a&d cream and occasionally cortisone cream, but it won't go away.  Does anyone have any idea what else I can do?

Nope, it's almost like a rash.  I've been putting on this vitamin a and d moisturizer for a few months now...

Thanks for responding
Is it a dry rash or what kind
Yea it's not too bad anymore.  It's a dry rash.  I had a yeast infection before so I think it's just irritated.  I started using cortisone cream so we will see if that helps.
