Is premature ejaculation and constant urination connected?

I used to be able to hold off ejaculation for an extended period of time. Then one day instead of being able to hold off ejaculation until I wanted, it kind of, leaked out. It felt almost like I was peeing. Since then, I have nearly no control of my ejaculation. I can hold an erection, but I start getting worked up and then it just sort of drips out, no build up. (Very dissatisfying for me.) This has been going on for over a year now. In the last month, or so, I've also started feeling the need to pee constantly. Yet when I go, most of the time its maybe a drip or two. Are they connected? What kind of  doctor do I see? Any ideas?
