Kidney stones now no ejeculation

On Saturday I went to the emergency room for treatment of my 1st Kidney stone, it is now Tuesday and it has not yet passed. This is not an issue, yet.. The issue I have is that while I had an orgasm on Tuesday, I did not ejaculate any sperm.  What could be the problem?

btw, as Sbaapba said, it's the flomax.  https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01FERIHYE/?m=A2KQDT560BIUI6&tag=eunatural-20 is a natural way of dealing with the stone.  not done with research, so not sure if it only helps with the stones when they're in the kidney, or also when they're in the rest of the pathway (on the way out).

Yes, it is the Flomax! I ejaculated with a kidney stone when I was not taking Flomax. When I started taking it, only dry orgasms. Who knew!? Lol

I'm still waiting for my 4mm stone to pass. It's been 3 weeks now. Anyone have any home remedies that worked to get there's out? I've tried quite a few things now and this sucker doesn't want to come out!

I'm really trying to avoid surgery. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Are you in alot of pain? 3 weeks is a fair amount of time. I hope it's not too bad and you get past this soon!
Lemonade, lemon lime soda, ginger ale, or anything with citrus. My boyfriend passed a 6mm stone after drinking nothing but water and lemonade

If your doc prescribed Flomax for the kidney stone, more than likely that is the issue, as it is also prescribed for prostate issues, and is a blocker, like the above poster mentioned. I know this, as I have the same issue... The Internet is a lovely thing...

Hi,

How many times have you experienced this ?

Was this present prior to the treatment of your kidney stones?

What kind of treatment did you undergo?

This may be  case of dry orgasm or orgasm with no seminal discharge. The following may lead to a dry orgasm:

"Retrograde ejaculation. In this condition, semen is forced back into the bladder instead of out through the penis. Causes of retrograde ejaculation include diabetes, damage or injury to the prostate such as due to prostate surgery, and certain medications, such as alpha blockers used to treat enlarged prostate.

Surgical removal of the prostate (prostatectomy).

Surgical removal of the bladder (cystectomy).

Radiation therapy directed at the pelvic area, such as for prostate cancer."

Have you had any of the possible causes mentioned above?
