Lack of erection and yellowish semen

Hello
My name is Matt and im 20 years old. For a couple months now i'v noticed my semen began to start producing some weird yellowish colored gel like substance. It only started with that but that not long after noticing that I began to relize i was starting to have a MAJOR jack of erections. I use to get several a day and would be masterbating many times a week and now its like I have to force it to erect just once or twice a week. I still get maybe a short one or two a day but its NOT AT ALL THE SAME. So I became VERY worried and contacted my family doctor and told him everything. He told me it was either a prostate infection or some disease I forget the name. He gave me a cultre(I forget how its spelled) and it came up negative so it he put me on this antibiotic called Doxycycline for two weeks and no change. So then he puts me on this other stuff called Ciprofloxacin for about 20 days and once again no change. So NOW he outs me on this other stuff called sulfsamenthoxazole and recommends me to a urologist. They told to continue the stuff and uped my two week to four week supply and said I DEFFINITLY have a prostate infection well i returned about a month later with NO RESULTS but they said my infection WAS gone. Even though i didnt take it for the full four weeks becaus not to long into the second week i started to have an elergic reaction to the stuff. Now I have NO idea what to do. I'v been told im very healthy even though I DON'T eat the healtheist but I do take vitamins but i stopped taking them as much for a long period of time. They did recommend me to someone for a seman analysis which I have not gone to yet but do have an appointment next week. But if there is ANYTHING you can tell me for give me some kind of idea I would REALLY REALLY appiciate it because im still very worried and I would this is not a permanet problem. But yes please any ideas at all???
THANK YOU

Dear Matt, There is a probability of Hyper prolactin in your blood. Check the prolactin level of blood as well as testosterone (TSH) level. Earlier the better. If left behind, the hyper prolactinoma could create secretion near pitutary and a prolactinoma could be the result.
Careful.. please...I had similar issues.

Hi.

How is your condition?

Has it in any way improved?

A semen analysis may shed some light on seminal character and appearance but this may not necessarily give a definite diagnosis. A this point, we may also consider the abacterial form of prostatitis. Prostate infections involve a spectrum of disease which may not necessarily present with a positive bacterial culture and yet the patient may be symptomatic. In your case, the yellowish semen may be an isolated case. Has this incident been repeated?

Yes I did get an ultrasound too but I did not get a a full seman analysis from a specialist yet but I do plan to do that soon which I think will be able to help with my problem because I just dont get it anymore.

Hi.

I know how frustrating urinary tract infections can be. There is a whole spectrum of it. In your case, a  yellowish semen may suggest an underlying infection. At this point, a prostate condition may not be completely ruled out yet. In some cases, a prostate secretion culture may not present with bacterial growth.  In the case of chronic abacterial prostatitis, the culture may not show anything yet the patient may present with symptoms. Prostatodynia may not show anything in the tests but the patient may be symptomatic. A semen analysis may be able to help.

At this point, I would still think that the prostate may be involved. If not, then underlying structural anomalies have to be ruled out. A scrotal ultrasound and transrectal ultrasound may be done. Has this been done?

But my problem can't be the prostate because last time I went to the urologist they said it was better. Thats why they are now recommending me to someone whos going to do a seman analysis which is best because im pretty sure they might be able to tell me because I dont think my problem really had anything to do witht the prostate but idk yet. Does anyone have a clue what this could be?? I mean prostate is normal again but I still have the symptoms I mentioned and I have been drinking A LOT of water too just incase that might help.
