Left Testicle Pain, Water Semen, Pain worse after Ejaculation

Hi, I had pain in my left testicle for a year now and at first the pain would go and come back. So couple months ago I went to a urologist and he told me to get ultrasound on my kidney and testicles and he examined it. The results were normal my kidney was fine and he didn’t see anything, but the pain is still here. I told him to check my sperm but he didn’t and to be honest he wasn’t helpful. Whenever I lift my left testicle, I fell pain and it’s smaller then my right. Sometimes my kidney hurts and groin but the urologist checked for hernia and he didn’t find anything. I don’t know what to do, should I go to another urologist, what is this pain? Because whenever I ejaculate, my sperm used to be sticky and thick but now it’s watery and less. I noticed that I don’t get full hard whenever I’m excited, I mean I get hard but I don’t think it gets 100% full hard. The urologist said the pain is normal but I feel like if I don’t treat this, something is going to happen to my reproductive system and I won’t have kids. The pain is dull and sharp sometimes, and sometimes I can’t really sleep whenever this hurts. If I don’t ejaculate for a month the pain kinda decreases, but it gets worst after I ejaculate. Help me please, guide me in right direction. Thank you so much!

Pain is never normal.

I think you should seek another opinion. I can't tell you what it is - there are a lot of possibilities. But don't ignore it, go get it checked.

Let us know what happens, and I hope you get some good answers, and feel better.

Hi, i had exactly the same symptoms and in the end they found a lump in my left testicle and removed it last week after about a year of similar sensations to yours. I am still awaiting the result of its biopsy, as my ct scan and blood markers were fine. The ultrasound and the shape/feeling were the only indicators that there's something wrong with it. Also, i had undescended testicle, or maybe even two, when i was born and that apparently matters.
