Meatitis?

Hi,
my meatus gets very swollen and red after masturbation. It is not very visible when it's erected, but the meatus changes its form into two big red lips. No secretion nor irritation while urinating!

I went to an urologist here in Italy, but he was very rude: that morning my meatus was ok, so he acted like I was crazy

I'm a virgin so I exclude any possible STD.

Urethritis implies having difficulties in peeing right? I have none.

Not yet. I had my urine tested and also tested for chlamidia and other diseases, but the results were all negative.

Still, the symptoms persist. I think it has to do with urine, as it smells quite fishy, but i'll have to go to another doctor to find out what could be the possible causes.

I had sex in the meanwhile and it was very unpleasant, as penetration was painful due to the inflamated tip

The swelling and redness may be more to do with your masturbation and also whether you are circumcised or not.  As long as you are urinating properly and there is no pain, you are okay.  Too bad the urologist was acting a jerk.
