Microscopic Hematura and frequent urination

I am a 40 year old female.  Last year had microscopic hematuria (urine).  Had ultrasound that was clear no further follow up.  Having frequent urination current urine tests still shows 3.3 (not sure what this means) microscopic hematuria.  No infection.  Being referred to a urologist but very anxious and hoping for some advice while I wait for an appointment.  My paternal grandmother died of bladder cancer in her 80s.  History of Kidney reflux in daughter and niece.  Is it possible this is a benign cause and not cancer only other symptom that presented recently and not consistently is frequent urination.

Check out Nigella sativa as a cancer preventative.  Unlike chemo, it has miniscule side effects.  It might speed up your bowel movements.  It might cause a tiny odd body odor depending on how high the dose is.  At high doses it could cause facial skin breakouts.  It is supposed to e good for your hair and everything else, and prevent and treat cancer.  Look it up.
