Microscopic blood in urine

In my recent urine test microscopic blood was reported. My primary care doctor did tests for urine culture, malignment cells and both reports are negative. Then I was referred to urologist. Urologist did ultra sound test for kidney and bladder and reports are normal no stones found. Urologist did Cystiscopy and it is normal. Urologist said most of them has this and don’t know the reason for it and to me to do a follow up after 3 months.
Any suggestions?
