Minor left-side varicocele affecting sperm motility

Hi Doctor,
My semen analysis report below;

Volume: 4.0 ml
Color: Grayish white
Reaction: Alkaline
Viscosity: Watery
Liquification time: 30 mins

Motility
---------
Progressive: 05 %
Non Progressive: 10 %
Non motile: 85 %
Total Count: 45 Mil/ml

Morphology
----------
Normal Spermatozoa: 60 %
Abnormal Spermatozoa: 40%

Pus cells: 4-6 /HPF
RBC: 1-2 /HPF
Epithelial cells: Nil
Spermatogenic cells: 3-5 /HPF
Bacteria: Nil

I saw a urologist and he performed physical analysis and ultrasound. He diagnosed minor varicocele on left side but he says it is minor and should not be affecting sperm. He said I have some infection and he prescribed 500mg Ciproflaxcin twice a day. We are newly married couple. My wife's tests came fine and we want to conceive a baby. Kindly advise if there are other measures to be taken or any other related advice.
Thanks.
