My Glans/Irregular Discoloration around tip/Around Entire Opening/Almost a Perfect oval, slightly irregular around Glans

I am a black male and I am 22 years old.  I have this dark irregular skin patch around my glans.  It has been there for some time now, but I do not know when it first appeared or if it has been there since I was born.  I never really paid attention to it, and do not know how it got there.  I thought it was a birth mark, but I am not too sure looking back in retrospect.  It is a slightly irregular looking circular shape surrounding the opening of my penis.  It is darker than the surrounding skin.  I do not have sexual relations, but I do "whack it."  I read that masterbation can cause skin discoration.  Could this be the casue of this?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough, but it can be due to hyperpigmentation of the skin. This darkening occurs when an excess of melanin, the brown pigment that produces normal skin color, forms deposits in the skin.

Treatment involves topical treatment and laser treatment. Pls discuss these options with your dermatologist before using them.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Warm regards.
