My PSA Doubled in 6 Months. Should I worry?

Im a 52 year old white male. My PSA has consistently been .4. I recently had a life insurance exam and they checked PSA and it was .8. I know still very low, but it doubled. should I be worried? BTW I do have the symptoms of BPH, frequent urination etc. But thats not new. Been happening for about 5 years. I had a DRE last year and doc said its normal with aging
