What would cause a whitish/clearish wormlike discharge from husband's penis

He is on Lasix and had to pee, but nothing would come out. He milked it and this wormish looking thing came out, after which he was also able to pee. Is this an emergency room problem, or can it wait until Monday when the doctor is in? It's about 1 to 1 1/2 inches long and about 1/4 inch wide.
