My penis has shrunk and gotten thinner, and it hurts on the left side

So, about a year ago, i remember I got an erection and i heard a "crack" or "popping" sound, but i didn't have any pain. A few months or weeks (my memory is poor) later, i noticed i woke up one morning, and it was bent to one side (the left side, didn't hurt and it wasn't a drastic bend either), also it was about an inch shorter (6 inches to 5 inches) and thinner than it was previously. For the last few weeks now currently, I am feeling pain in one spot on the left side of my penis and i can see that there is kind of a dent in the part where it hurts (but not very noticeable), even when it is flaccid. The left side of the penis and under the helmet is deflated, however the right side is just fine. Whenever I get an erection it hurts, I am 18 years old. Thank you!
