Need Dr. House

Ok, here goes. This initially started 9 months ago w/ ejaculating blood. Went to internist and he said, "prostitus"... Went on cirpo for 2 weeks. Gone.. 3 weeks later and I felt like I was carrying a gallon of water in me. Turns out I was. I went to a urologist and he did a ultrasound on my stomach.. 311 cc's of liquid... After 4 months of carrying a gallon of water. 3 different antibiotics constant pelvic pain, always bloated, shooting penile pain...Tried flomax, avodart, Had a cisto? They said they found nothing. My p.s.a. is .07.... I am at wits end... The penile pain is to much at times. Perpetuates anxiety.. They are talking about a surgery to open the mouth of my bladder. I know thats not it. What should I do. 3 doctors 3 different opinions... Need Dr. House.... Have changed diet, no smoking, no drugs, no caffiene... HHHHEEEEELLLLLLPPPPP.

My boyfriends going through the same thing except the pain is in his bladder.  On top of it he was diagnosed with testicular cancer a few years back.
His doctor drained his bladder just to have it fill up again, what we found out is there's no easy answer.  The urologist said he may need surgery which is extremely invasive and there are no guarantees with that either.  I'm going to research it more and try to find a solution I just figured Id let you know your not alone if that's any consolation.
I hope you get your answer also.

I'd recommend that you see an internist, they specialize in figuring out "the puzzle", are familiar with entire body system interplay. I'm going to have administration refer this post over to Urology to see if you can get more info there (this is a forum for pelvic organ prolapse, a  female health disorder).

Hang in there, I'm hopeful you will find the answers you need!
