Neurogenic bladder and head and back ache.

So it all started when I was 13 or 14. I had an possibly UTI my tip of penis burnt I couldn't void like normal. Doctor gave me medicine. But the voiding didn't went back to normal. So I started voiding while sitting with the help of abdominal straining, soon I couldnt void standing at all. I went to a urologist and underwent urodynamics. The test concluded I had weak contraction of detrusor muscle while residual urine was minimal. The problem seemed to be the sacral nerves. Now after all this another issue comes, I gradually started having pain in the neck and back while sitting upright. I lost my concentration and any effort to concentrate made my neck and head hurt. The pain could be described as someone pushing the back of my head from inside and the neck burning with pain. I also started feeling fatigued all through out the day. Doctor prescribed me Amitryptiline and it doesn't seem to help. I was wondering if there's any connection between these two issue as both seems to involve nerves.
