No erections

Hi,
A month ago I masturbated and so ejaculated. I again made my penis erect and applied mild pressure on the base trying to bend it, there was sudden loss in erection. From then on maintaining erections were difficult. But 15 days back I noticed I stopped having erections totally, even upon physical stimulation I have no erection. But I notice nocturnal erections when I sleep well. I work from 5am to 6pm, so is this because of stress or any fracture or permanent nerve damage? My blood reports are normal and urologist says upon physical exam that there doesn't seem like any damage. Kindly put in your opinion. Does it look like a permanent damage???

Hello,
It sounds like you might have a soft tissue injury from bending your erection during masturbation, ...do you get pain? This could be inhibiting your erections. +/- anxiety and stress

The fact you are still getting nocturnal erections, though,  is a good sign and suggests the damage is not permanent and should recover

See your urologist again if its not right in a couple of weeks
